Laboratory of Anto (Shandong) Mining Equipment Co., Ltd founded in 2021, the laboratory is mainly responsible for raw and auxiliary material inspection, first product test, in-process test, new product test, coating detection, as well as product testing including product hardness, breaking force and elongation.
The laboratory is equipped with complete infrastructure and advanced testing equipment, including 2 sets of microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machines (model: WAW-1000D), 1 set of microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine (model: WDW-50M), 1 set of digital display electric Rockwell hardness tester (model: HR-1500TS), coating thickness gauges (model: MPO), and conventional measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, thickness gauges, depth gauges and height gauges.
It can provide users with timely and accurate testing data, and also offer testing data support for new product development, quality control and process optimization.
